Other companies will also offer saddle testing where they will send out a test saddle (like with the Selle SMP saddles I had) which is great for allowing you to figure out what you want and something I’d highly suggest looking into if you can. These days, the best saddles from most of the top brands will also often be an item you can buy and return within a set amount of days, often around 30, to ensure you get it right as it is such a personal product. I’ve also had a bike fit with saddle mapping so I thankfully know what works for me. This allows for forward hip rotation when riding hard and comfort when sat more upright when relaxing or climbing. Relieving frontal soft tissue numbness and friction is my priority when it comes to my anatomy, so I tend to opt for a saddle with a decent cut out as well as a wider width at the back. To explain my own needs (which may or may not be the same to yours), I have fairly wide sit bones (or ischial tuberosity to give it the technical name) so opt for around a 150mm width saddle. Therefore, I’ve not only included the saddles I personally liked when testing also those that have been adored by others too. Therefore, whatever may suit me during testing, may not be what your body likes when it comes to sit bone width or how your soft tissue is. First and foremost, I say "for you," because it’s really important to state that women come in all different shapes and sizes, especially down there.
